Azure Apartments
ADG
ADG won a Plymouth City Council design and tender competition in association with Devington Homes for this prestigious apartment development on the prominent site once occupied by the Royal Western Yacht Club on Plymouth Hoe.
The plan comprises three separate sets of linked apartments with spacious terraces, many facing due south across Plymouth Sound. It consists of up to eight storeys at the front and four at the rear with four levels of basement underground car park for over 150 vehicles.
Bob led the ADG Architectural team through the competition and was the Principal Designer for the project.
The project consists of 109 one, two, and three bed apartments at a construction value of circa £21M.
