Victoria Place, Plymouth for BCHA

This project started in 2021 as an initial study for an existing site in Plymouth in association with the City Council as owners of the site. Over time DP Arch have assisted ADG in developing the scheme into a purely affordable housing project of 1-bedroom apartments, including 2 specialist accessible 1 bed units.

The project adjoins the developing Millbay Masterplan Redevelopment Project which is a result of the original David Mackay Regeneration study of 2000.

The scheme has developed into a comprehensive and efficient housing development proposal, which has been submitted for Planning Approval to Plymouth City Council in November 2022.
