Harbour Arch Quay, Sutton Harbour, Plymouth

A new 9 storey waterside apartment development within Plymouth's historic Sutton Harbour, consisting of 14 two and three bed apartments and penthouses, and a ground floor commercial unit.

The scheme was developed by Bob whilst a Director with ADG, from initial sketch options and detailed planning through to the tender stage. Unfortunately, Bob relocated from Plymouth before the project reached its onsite construction stages, however, was ably completed by Bob's former colleague and Director of ADG - Patrick Deigan.

The project was completed in 2023.
