An interesting project in the beautiful conservation area of Portobello, Edinburgh, where an existing utility room is being updated and turned into a shower room and a new ground floor extension to the existing kitchen and dining area.
The project creates a larger dining area with low standing rooflight and oversized sliding timber framed doors, providing an open and sunny space facing onto the existing garden. which hosts an existing group of varied fruit trees.
The Project was for a Planning Application and Building Warrant gaining full approvals by June 2023 and is currently due on site in February 2024.
