Launceston Medical Centre Extension, Cornwall

This project started in 2013 as a feasibility assessment for the GP Practice. Its brief was to investigate the possibility of expanding the Practice to provide new Consultation and Treatment Rooms as well as new and improved staff accommodation.

It advanced into a detailed planning application and approval and then through a negotiated design and build contract The construction phase, which began during the first Covid Lockdown of 2020, was successfully completed in 2022.
