A domestic project consisting of the creation of a new 2 storey extension creating a new double bedroom and ensuite to the first floor and a utility room and extended living accommodation to the ground floor.
The Project was for a Planning Application and Building Warrant Application completed during the latter part of 2021, with the conversion due to be completed in early 2023.
