Peninsula Dental School

New build 41 chair Dental school, providing shared space for medical school students including seminar and student common room/changing facilities.

Procured by the University of Plymouth with Primary Care Services and delivered by the Peninsula College of Medicine and Dentistry.

The BREEAM Excellent scheme was completed in Spring 2011 on programme and on budget in preparation for client fitout and training period over the summer of 2011, with public treatments starting in September 2011.

The Dental School included New build Intra oral / OPG x-ray facilities, high spec office areas. Fully HTM / HBN Compliant accommodation including shared seminar rooms with whiteboards for Medical school & Dental School students.

The project achieved a BREEAM Excellent Environmental Rating with 15% onsite renewable energy generation.

Bob acted as the ADG Director in charge of the project working with the newly qualified Project Architect to achieve the second bespoke Dental school in Plymouth.
