Rick Stein Cookery School

ADG were commissioned by Padstow Town Council to design the new business units to replace the old fish sheds on the south harbour quay at Padstow in Cornwall.

The old fish sheds required replacement. The original single storey design was increased to two by ADG. This enabled the housing of existing and new tenants effecting a regeneration of the port of Padstow.

ADG worked closely with the Town Council and existing tenants to create a building within the Council's budget that also complimented the surrounding area and could withstand the tough marine environment.

The building has won several awards since its completion and includes the Rick Stein Cookery School on the first floor which has been highly successful.

Bob was involved in the final Inspection works for the new business units and led the interior design for Rick Steins Cookery School.
